My husband and I started about six months ago and are very happy with it. The staff is fantastic, always friendly and helpful. What I personally appreciate is that someone regularly walks through the studio to make sure the exercises are being done correctly. Great studio!

A very well-equipped gym with excellent support! I've been a regular at this gym since mid-December 2025. I feel comfortable there and, above all, very well looked after. I enjoy the workouts. The initial consultation with Lorenz took place in a pleasant atmosphere and was conducted professionally. All my questions about membership were answered, and I received excellent advice on setting realistic training goals. This made it easy for me to decide to become a member. I also appreciate that the gym isn't part of a large chain. My first training session with Johannes took place promptly. First, my fitness level was assessed using body composition scales. Based on this assessment and taking my training goals into account, a personalized training plan was created. The exercises were explained very well, and I received tips for optimal training. I've been following this plan for several weeks now. My body awareness and fitness have already noticeably improved. The many high-quality training machines and the classes offered provide a wide range of training options and, in my opinion, leave nothing to be desired. The gym is an independent and offers a comprehensive range of training options. The entire team at the gym is very friendly, competent, and helpful. My impression is that the team is committed to ensuring every member has a beneficial workout and improves their fitness. The gym members are also friendly and considerate. Based on all of this, I can wholeheartedly recommend a membership at this gym.
